Who am I? I am an accredited psychosexual psychotherapist with experience in working with Compulsive Sexual Behaviour. In addition to my psychotherapy qualifications, I am registered in social work, hold a master’s degree in child Abuse, and am certified to work with children and families, providing forensic assessments as well as adult attachment assessments. I am further qualified to support clients dealing with drug and alcohol issues, and I hold certifications in attachment neuropathology, psychopathology, and trauma. I also provide supervision and consultation services. My practice is primarily online, though I can offer face-to-face sessions as needed.

I provide clinical supervision for couples and deliver individual therapy aimed at overcoming personal barriers, helping clients enhance their relationships both with themselves and others through evidence-based interventions. Research underscores that unhealthy relationships can lead to emotional and physical stress, while healthy relationships can significantly improve overall well-being. I work with individuals and couples for agreed periods, supporting them in making sense of challenging areas of their lives to foster greater peace and fulfilment. Central to my practice is an understanding of attachment throughout the lifespan, particularly within the context of one's psychosexual journey and its influence across various life domains, including home, partnerships, and the workplace.
